Dave Potter ADU is a team of custom ADU builders in Massachusetts led by licensed builder and developer Dave Potter. Dave bought his first property in Lynn, MA in 1979 when he was just 19 years old and since then, he has restored and developed hundreds of properties throughout the North Shore.
Dave is well versed on the new Massachusetts ADU laws and all of the construction codes in place. He also knows design, having built hundreds of single family and condominium projects over the last 45 years.

Dave is currently living in Swampscott, MA with his wife and two children. He also has four adult children and many beautiful grandchildren. Dave is also an avid sports car enthusiast and in his spare time, he has enjoyed coaching youth football and cheering on the Boston Celtics.
